1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Eventstronics website and your purchase of our products and services. By using this website, buying a digital product, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Who we are

3. What we offer

• Digital store products — online courses, e-books, production scripts and bundles, delivered as downloadable files.
• Event technology services — lighting, sound, LED/video, automation, IT and full event production, provided under a separate written proposal or agreement.

4. Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change from time to time; the price that applies is the one displayed at the time of your purchase.
• Payments are processed securely by Paystack (cards, bank transfer, USSD). We do not collect or store your card details.
• An order is confirmed once payment is successful and we send your confirmation email.

5. Digital products — licence and use

When you buy a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning and use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publicly post the product or its contents. All intellectual property in the products remains owned by Eventstronics.

6. Delivery of digital products

After successful payment you will receive a unique download link by email. Please keep this link safe. If you lose it, you can request it again from the Shop page or by emailing us, and we will re-send it to the email address used for the purchase.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Services

Event technology services are bespoke and are governed by the specific written proposal, quotation or contract agreed for your project, including its scope, payment schedule, and cancellation terms. Where there is any conflict, that signed agreement takes precedence over these Terms for the service in question.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, branding and digital products — is owned by or licensed to Eventstronics and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt, gain unauthorised access to, or interfere with its security or operation, and not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventstronics is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to provide our products and services (such as your name and email for order delivery). Payment information is handled securely by Paystack; we do not store card details. We do not sell your personal information.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
